Preheat the grill on a medium setting.

Spray a small frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute until softening.

  • 4 button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 bacon medallion
  • 2 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 medium eggs beaten with a fork
